Backer panels not only showcase stories using a colorful backdrop, they also give additional information and protect the story from moisture and wear. We will help you customize your backer panel template with information about your organization such as a logo, a QR code or social media links. You may change the name of your Storybook Walk on your panel to a Story Trail, Storywalk, etc.. depending on the given name in your region.
This purchase is only for the cost of the backer panel template including its customization! You will not receive actual backer panels. Please read below for information on how to buy panels.
Once your template is finished, you will receive a print ready pdf. You can then upload this pdf to a number of companies that make backer panels. We recommend using Pannier Graphics and will gladly pass on your information to them once your pdf is finished. Normally, backer panels cost between $35-40 per unit.
Our tip: If you have two sets of backer panels, you can create one story ahead of time and only need to bring out the finished panels to place in your Storywalk displays. You can attach your story to the backer panel with double sided tape.
Backer panels are size 17,75 × 23,75 inch and fit in an 18 × 24 inch Storywalk (Information from Pannier Graphics).
