Ricky the Rock that Couldn't Roll: Storybook Walk Edition
This Storybook Walks works fantastic in both a school setting or a park and includes simple station ideas. On the first one, children are asked to pick up a rock. From there, every station is an opportunity for children to get to know their rock just a little bit better, including analyzing, describing, and even decorating it.
About the Author:

About the Illustrator:
Erin Wozniak works as an illustrator, fine artist, and art teacher. She is a two time recipient of the prestigious Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant and has won other international awards for her artwork including the 4th Annual Manifest Prize and the New Zealand Goldwater National Art Award. She currently lives in Canton, Ohio with her husband and two talented daughters.
