DIY Storybook Walk Editions
If you are tired of cutting apart 2-3 books to create your own Storywalk, the new DIY Storybook Walk Editions are just for you.
Directions
The DIY Editions are made to keep things simple. All you need is 1 book. As you can see in the image, the back of each spread (2-facing pages) is left white so that you don’t have the problem of an image being on the back. Plus, each page is numbered.
Follow the steps to create your Storybook Walk!
1. Cut
Open your book and flatten it with your hands as much as you can. This will help to weaken the seam. Now, tear out pages one at a time and then trim each page along the dotted line.
2. Laminate
Place facing pages together in an 11 x 17 laminate pouch. Then laminate all spreads.
3. Display
There are various ways to display your Storybook Walk. You can hang it on a wall, place it on yard signs, or place the pages in a Storywalk display.
